We offer a safe space for learning, emotional supportempathy, and empowerment through self-determination. We do this by operating a drop-in space where we offer safe spaces for cooking, reading, crafting, using the internet, and connecting with others, free groups and workshops led by volunteers, and direct support from trained volunteers in-person and over the phone.
CWC strives to meet the intersecting needs of a broad constituency of women, providing support throughout the healing process and at every stage of life. The goal is to contribute to the empowerment of women and the creation of a just society.
Being open to all women allows CWC to build community across differences, offering a unique opportunity for connection. The Data Committee meets monthly to discuss on-going data collection initiatives and improvements to existing systems. Learn more about our history here.
